In the old building, there was a blood pressure machine right around the corner. I would often wander down there while thinking and get another couple numbers to look at. I like numbers. And measurements. Now that I'm back in the HQ, I have no clue where to turn for my numbers fix. Motherfuckers.

My knee is still complaining slightly - right lateral, if you care - so I decided it may be worthwhile to go ahead and get knee sleeves. I also ordered chalk because, hey, free shipping and, hey, I need it. I think foam rolling + knee sleeves should keep everything all around everywhere in check. And I'll be extra careful to make sure my knees don't cave in on squats. That's how you hurt things on the lateral side of your knee.
