I figured that, now that I'm back home, I'd take maybe .5-1hr per day to learn a little python because it's handy. Today's task: install the stuff I need to go through the Jake VanderPlas book on python for data science. I think I've successfully done so. I won't verify until tomorrow, though, when I actually give it a whirl: I've gone through my allotment of time!

Thanks for the advice before. I've forgotten it. Just learned that Crestor causes high blood sugar and memory loss. It is a chloesteral pill I've been on for like a decade. It may be a cause of many of my problems. But anyway I got into ASP 3.0 programming with MS-Access, MySQL, and VBScript.

I gave my opponent a gift. I had a winning position (Rybka confirms), but it was a little technical. Then, instead of playing a winning move, I played a losing move that I had seen, on the previous move, as immediately losing. I immediately lost.

Print Story doing stuff, sometimes doing things
I had a decent weekend.

I think, since I have some time, I might try to learn a little more programming, since it will be handy to be able to write something a little better than the small scripts I'm capable of doing.

I want to turn things around for my life. Try to do better for myself. Maybe if I write a different sort of diary here it might make a difference.

Everyone here except Motty missed out by missing it. Oh yes.
