I got on the scale last night and saw I weighed 100kg. I haven't been to the gym much in the last month and I used to be a little over 110kg. I want that weight back. I checked again this morning. Yep. 100kg. I wasn't too worried when I dropped 3-5kg, because that could be done just by voiding my bowels and being slightly dehydrated. But 10kg? Yarr. And let me tell you, it isn't fat.
