so apparently they're going to roast me at my going-away party. i don't know if i'm supposed to have a couple minutes to speak, too, so i'll try to think of some material just in case. apparently it was a tradition at bell labs to roast people who were leaving, and my boss liked that while she was there, so she's trying to create that tradition here. I'm fine with that.
