a two bedroom in a three-unit building, very modest price, it has a basement, it's 2.2 miles from the stats building and is right on a bus route (that goes directly to the stats building). so that's taken care of. The only downside is that, while it has washer and dryer hookups, it does not have a washer and dryer. I suppose we could buy at least a washer, but that's inconvenient to do either way. We're hoping to move only one more time while we're settled here, hopefully we won't move out of this place, but there's always the chance that things won't work out or we want something else, you know?

The truth is, it's much too early in the relationship for me to consider uprooting myself, but it got me thinking about what it would take to get me to move again.
