What I'm Reading
Listened to the audiobook of Elton John's autobiography Me. Elton reads the first and last chapters, so when you get the end you wonder where Elton John went. Top notch showbiz autobiography that doesn't skimp on the dirt, gossip, lows and highs. Covers his childhood, early career, his cocaine habit and then his getting clean.

Well told by the ghostwriter Alexis Petridis, and plenty of outrageous material.

Review, review, review, review.

What I'm Reading
How to Fight by Thich Nhat Hanh. Very short book by a Buddhist mindfulness guy with techniques for dealing with conflict. Somewhat interesting but I think it relies on more background about mindfulness meditation than I have. A lot of the advice seemed pretty similar to stoicism which I'm more familiar with.

He has a great catalog of books. He was a Buddhist monk (who passed away last year) and peace activist. Lots of words of wisdom from that man.

That he has a recommendation from Martin Luther King on the cover and on the inside he mentions things like text messages and emails.
