Speaking of travel, when things opened up again here (even though they shouldn't have), I wrapped myself in a vehicular bubble and was off like a shot to spread my wings (if you can endure a mixed metaphor). I have been to 2/3 of Louisiana, 1/2 of New Mexico, and 1/4 of Arkansas. When I found out I was being let go, I literally arranged the trip to NM. When I go and visit the Girls, I go up to AR. I would have finished LA if New Orleans wasn't Cholera Central.
Where I screwed up, though? Turns out when I was in Albuquerque I went to a county building, but it wasn't actually the Bernalillo County Courthouse. I was abut four blocks away, but I wasn't actually there. This means I have to go back to photograph the courthouse! Luckily, I have to go back to New Mexico anyway so it's little more than a minor inconvenience, but it does mean that my planned three day might become a little more complicated. Assuming I go there anytime soon. I might have to wait for a bit. I might bottle up, gird my loins, and finish Louisiana (which might also mean MS, AL, and FL for reasons). And then, for different reasons, I might be going to Kansas soon, which means starting Oklahoma, too.
So, anyone want to go to Albuquerque?
