Back in the 2015/2016 time frame, when I was going through stuff that has since been deleted from the hole, I rode a bike 3800 miles... and gained 70 pounds doing it...

Contrast with today...

In the past 5 days I have twice nearly lost my wedding ring because it fell off my finger during a bike ride (or fell off during a break in the middle of a bike ride).

My weight began to drop about a pound a week. Been riding 125+ miles/week. Of course now we're settling into a wet pattern that will make riding unpleasant. Still hoping to get below 190 by the end of May, which is where I was last October.

(We can strip mine the rest later.)

Thin enough to go through the ring, long enough to embed in your finger bone.
