Read a good note the other day that pointed out that one thing the Facebook has deprived is of is those old boutique sites with a message board or whatever that were great. Like this one!  So I'm considering pulling back from those and doing more of my merely expressive posting on sites like this. Facebook has really turned out to be a bit more evil than I presumed - I had a low opinion that I was willing to live with.

I might even be forced to write in whole paragraphs again and develop my thoughts.

I read a Jeeves book and Many Waters on this Christmas trip. I was going to read another today but didn't get around to it.

We played Dos, a new variant of Uno. It is important to read the rules carefully because any mistake radically alters game play. I trounced the opposition.

I've been fiddling with Containers and  Temporary Containers in Firefox. Seems nice. I have to log in a bit more often but with a password manager that's no biggie. Also trying the move to Firefox on my phone. And some other de-googling, a little.
