So Miss Minimouse went to the Fusion Festival in Cofton Park, which meant yours truly had to head from West Sussex to Birmingham to pick her up on Friday night, and then pick her up a second time on Sunday night, as she went twice. Am slightly disconcerted that daughter is now old enough to go to concerts on her own, even though Mrs Mouse went with her for these.

Our Maine Coon cat lives most of the time with our next door neighbour, but can't at the moment due to her being away. Despite the fact it was pissing it down on Saturday, it was sitting on her shed roof peering into her kitchen. Eventually we were able to entice it in through our landing window, with its fur containing so much water I think you could have filled a small bucket. Mr Minimouse risked his life by wrapping said object in a towel to dry it. I swear this cat gets meaner, if you try to stroke it and it's a little bit angry, it doesn't just swipe you away, it comes to get you.

Computers
Installed drivers for a Kodak printer for a neighbour over the weekend. Why does it take 2.5 frigging hours to install stuff for a Kodak printer?

My applications appear to be getting shortlisted and then seem to go quiet. Hope something comes up before my current contract ends this week.
