Boiled egg x2 in bread roll.
Innocent smoothie. Scone.
Orange, apple & grape fruit salad.
Mixed roast salted nuts.
Brown toast with Nutella x2.
Jacket potato with curried baked beans & roast squash.
5 chocolates.
Thursday
Scrambled egg x2 on toasted multiseed bagel w/ butter.
Quorn roast & boiled egg salad w/ yellow pepper, cucumber, lettuce & celery.
Quorn chilli with rice. 4 chocolates. Mini Mince pie.
Friday
Scrambled egg x2 on buttered toast.
Black coffee.
Wholemeal spaghetti with tomato onion quorn sauce. Mini Mince pie.
2 small chocolates.
Green Thai quorn & broccoli curry with rice. 4 chocolates. Larger, 1 can.
Saturday
Scrambled egg x2 on buttered multiseed bagel. Black coffee. Half kiwi.
Quorn sausage x2 w/ potato waffles & baked beans. Chocolate brownie.
Quorn chilli & jacket potato w/ cheese.
Sweet potato Pampoenkoekies.
Sunday
Vegi sausage x2, poached egg x2, baked beans, & mushrooms.
Quorn roast, roast potato, squash, & sweet potato w/ books carrots & green beans. Mini mince pie.
Take-away korma, rice, nann , bottle beer.
