For some reason I could not do the Ruby Kones and other stuff, my mental illness makes it hard to learn that way. With memory problems it is hard to remember almost anything. But I was able to remember my ASP 3.0 programming and find out ASP programs work on Windows 2000 as well as XP, 2003 Server and 2008 Server. I can convert them to ASP.Net and PHP later.

I am done with Kuro5hin, some anonymous troll was libeling my name all over Google Groups and the whole MDC is in jail thing got to me so that my wife had me promise not to go back to K5. Anyone know how you can stop someone from making anonymous postings using your real name and then untrue info being posted? It is identity theft in a way, spam in another way, and libel in yet another way. Google refuses to remove it, I guess I need a court order.

The thing I hate about the Scoop mods on Husi is they break Firefox and Seamonkey spell check, I see red unlined words but cannot correct them with a right click. I can code HTML and don't need the SciText like Javascript editor.

Anyway I wrote a news program in ASP, and then a web link submitter and searcher. I first prototyped the thing in MS-Access and then up-scaled it to MySQL 5.0 in Windows 2000 (The trick was getting a working MySQL 5.X ODBC driver that didn't give error 127 in Windows 2000).

The Tradewars Scoop Wars is over, I won it. I took over every planet, invaded Ferrengial and destroyed every Ferrengi and had countless ships and 6 million credits in but one of my citidels. Del took the BBS down so it would not feed MDC's ego. It was a Mike Crawford themed BBS. The next BBS will be co-sysoped by me and will be about retro stuff like old software and classic programming and the like. The oggfrog.net domain web site is also down along with the Oggfrog BBS. A new domain might be used later with a different BBS.

I am finding out the side effects of my medicine, I am on 12 different perscriptions, are causing all sorts of mental and physical illnesses. But since I have no alternative I have to keep taking them to avoid getting worse. Yet if I keep taking them I get worse anyway. Going off them is not an option or I lose my disability. My doctors refuse to change them and some are name brand and Medicare won't cover them so I pay like $300/month for each one they don't cover anymore. That is what I get for voting for Obama and Democrats into Congress to get better health insurance. It used to be covered and only $35/month. Now I got two new doughnut holes as well. I suppose the senior citizens are mad over this and will elect Republicans into office. You heard it here first. Baby Boomers make up the bulk of the population and are upset over the economy and lack of health insurance coverage, and younger people don't even bother to vote anymore, and those who voted for Obama like the fact he got Osama and ended the Iraqi war but wanted the economy and health care fixed too, and $5/gallon gas also makes them upset.

Geez, in 2015 we will have hydrogen cell cars, I hope to recover my credit rating by then to own one.

I got an Orion Blastar science fiction book being written, some of my son's friends has a mother who is an English teacher and writing fiction books and will co-write it with me. It could take off and then I could help out family members that are sick or needing finacial help. My realtives in Thailand for example, or my wife's Aunt, or my Mother (my father died in 2010), or maybe just donate some money to charity. I got no use for it besides affording my medication and food and rent and owning the latest computer geegaws, so with what is left over if I earn any will help out others.
