Its nice to know there is one less 81 year old on the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list

I'm sure the public will be safe from his Zimmer frame - mind you, he did have a .357 Magnum and ammo in his apartment - Dirty Harry would be pleased with his attitude to home security.

Getting old forgives murder? by BadDoggie (2.00 / 0) #1 Fri Jun 24, 2011 at 04:12:56 AM EST
Are you seriously suggesting a man accused of 19 murders in which he was a participant as well as countless additional crimes as head of an organised crime family should be left alone simply because he was vicious enough to stay alive long enough to need a cane?

He spent 16 years on the lamb on the "most wanted" list right in the US, in a major metropolitan area close by police stations and multiple bases for various armed forces.

Obviously, either the feds weren't really looking for him or he had active help in "hiding" from them.

You should be more careful about pedantry by lm (2.00 / 0) #13 Mon Jun 27, 2011 at 03:12:39 PM EST
From the link provided by Phage:
Under current United States federal regulations, only the term 'lamb' is used:
Lamb — ovine animals of any age, including ewes and rams.
The term 'mutton' is rare, and 'hogget' unknown, in the United States.

A simple s/lamb/lam/g would have sufficed, but you had to try to get fancy ...
