My boy is eating a lot, often. normally he'll average about three ounces every 3 hours (if he eats more often, he eats less at a time). I fed him over 5 ounces an hour ago, and two ounces 20 minutes ago because he demanded more. I tried to dress him just before that last feeding, and an outfit that fit him well two days ago is now too small. As of Saturday, he weighs 14 lbs, and he's gotta be almost 25 inches by now- 3-6 month onesies are too small for him, and he's not yet 3 months old. They ARE sized a little small, but sheesh...big boy. He's just long for his age.

I have to go back to work this week. On one hand I'm looking forward to adult interaction daily. On the other hand, I'm really enjoying snuggling my boy every day. However, at work I'll actually be able to have time to pump on a regular basis, instead of just getting set up and then being interrupted by someone who decided to wake up earlier than I thought. I should call my boss to make sure things will be ready for my return. I would hate to get there and not be able to get in the gate, or log in, or...

I wanted to go shopping for some new shirts before I go back, since my newly expanded boobage doesn't fit in the shirts I have, but I didn't manage to get there. I have a few that will fit and hopefully I'll have a little time next weekend to expand my wardrobe. I'm pretty sure I'm still going to get some stares, since it's hard to disguise these things without wearing things that are waaaaay too big for me. they were larger at the end of my pregnancy but the belly sort of balanced them out a bit and they didn't look so huge.

I suppose I should try to get a little something done while the boy is still asleep. Bottles need washing, as does laundry...and I'm still in my jammies.
