Print Story A brush with the law

Got a visit from the police last night.

I reported the bloke with the gun when I got home, and had a visit from a couple of coppers, asking me some questions about what I'd seen.

Dropped the kids off this morning, and managed to draft a huge truck half way to work. You can't beat coasting along at 35mph :)

Bought some stuff for lunch, then tried to sprint the last mile back to work. Did my fastest time ever, turned up red faced panting and knackered to find a audience waiting for me. There were all the people who'd seen the car in the car park, and a couple more coppers.

The police were investigating the report, and got the same information from me that the other two had last night.

Talking to them, and describing the funny shape of the stock of the gun, it turns out that it was most likely a high powered air rifle, and not a shotgun. Oh well, I didn't really get a good look at it.

All good fun.

For high powered air guns. I'm not sure what the definition of High powered is, but the copper was fairly certain about it.
