We are looking for a Client Services Manager. Its primarily a work from home gig.
Job is essentially working with our customers to ensure that they are using our service. This isn't a tech support gig, and our customers are not off the street yahoos. Our customers are large companies such as BT, Orange, Telecom France, Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, and Deusche Telecom. This is customers of a technology analyst firm. You would also work with analysts if a client has a request and work with sales to help re-sign customers, although this isn't a sales position.
