Print Story Anyone know a good web host?

My domain name expired. 

Nobody thought to tell me

Don't care.  Was hardly using it anyway. 


I still want to re-register it.  Seems not to have been pounced on by a speculator.

How do you pick who to register it with (assuming I can)? Can I expect to be able to transfer it elsewhere without having to pay?  Will I get POP3?  Do they all come with webspace? 

Maybe I should pick another.  One that fits my current mood more.  Shame all the good words are taken:S

At least their cheap plans - my sites often go down due to other sites on the shared server going nuts and sucking all cycles and DB access.
