I am particularly fond of the line "The property has been renovated in the past few years but would still benefit from some finishing touches allowing any potential buyer the opportunity to put their own stamp on the house." This is translatable as, previous owners had big plans, couldn't get tradesmen to turn up as agreed, or even return calls for quotes, ran out of energy and patience and then left the country.
Belgium was fun. Met former co-workers. Apparently I now look trendy, thinner and have a great colour. I have empirical evidence to disprove at least one of those statements but the person making them has always been a little bit mad. Between today and last Wednesday, I have only been in two evenings. I am very tired and my liver would like a break. One of those evenings was in an art gallery with a bar and a resident cat, watching a guy from Indonesia do a fantastic Hendrix tribute thing. His girlfriend/manager nearly put my eye out with her cigarette, but apart from that it was fun.
Summer has gone away for a bit. This is convenient for the purposes of laundry.
