Friday night was Sisters-other-halfs-brothers birthday. Went out for a meal (just locally) with about 8 people and had a fun night out. Got paid £20 for eating a mouthful of sweetcorn. Lordy, I hate sweetcorn. See poll.
Saturday. Woke up on a beautiful sunny morning with C. Then off to play golf, only played nine short holes but hit a 34, which for me, was very good. Saturday afternoon, watched the footy with some pals in the pub then went to my sisters for a BBQ. High point, me successfully blaming my 4 year old niece for starting a bread roll fight, when it was, in fact, me. Muuhaha.
Sunday. Played golf again first thing (39, not terrible for me) then spent afternoon with C. We went bowling, watched Silent Hill (see below) then had a Thai Meal. Finished evening curled up under sofa watching* Solaris. Am seeing her again tonight :)

Very happy with the Spurs performance, it was a massive game, loads of pressure and we certainly deserved a draw. Not many teams go to Highbury and give them that hard a game. Despite the fact that before the game, I would have taken your arm off for a draw, I was almost a bit disappointed. Great game though, good to see some genuine competition between the 2 clubs again, makes it all a bit more interesting. Next season should be great, Manu, Liverpool, Arse, Spurs all looking like teams improving, should be very competitive in top 6. To truly improve, I would like to see Spurs sign a left and right back (Chimbonda for right back, open to ideas for left...), a replacement for Davids (Kevin Nolan please), and either permanently sign Mido or (possibly preferably), sign Dirk Kuyt.
Movie Review - Silent Hill.
Looks amazing, good acting (except for Boromir's dodgy American accent). However, weird to the point of weirdness and too much fancy-dan jerky cinematography. Worth watching, definitely a good attempt.
