By riceowlguy (Tue Apr 11, 2006 at 01:23:30 PM EST) work, spring, emo, halibut, boobies (all tags)
is brought to you by nice weather, missing my friends, and having to be at work.

When you go from constant social interaction with a fun bunch of people every single day of the week to nothing, it can be a bit of a downer.

Combine that with some really glorious weather here in Texas and I am just jumping out of my skin wanting to do something other than work.

Go photograph the pine needles on the ground in Memorial Park.  Go do enshanam's photoshoot.  Go to an Astros game with Littie85.  Hang out with Hx71.  Go drink more Paulaner with Buttercup at the G-man.  Or Shiner at Valhalla.  Go camping with teh Y's.  Go fishing on the Guad before the trout all suffocate.  Go down to the beach on Galvatraz and collect seashells.  Go play tennis with Kevin, or golf with anybody.

Yikes.  Spring, she has esprungen, ja?  That always gets my blood up.

It's not like work hasn't been fun and productive today, either.  I've been getting things done.

Sunday evening I went to CM to use the week's expiring coupon, which was for halibut fillets or steaks.  I got a nice big fat fillet which the coupon only picked up half of, but I found out why when I ate it...outside of tuna I can't think of any better fish for grilling.  A little salt, a little pepper, a little lemon.  Fin.

The one drawback to all the mammary photo action around here lately is that I suddenly feel nervous  about browsing this site at the office.  Keep that stuff in The Hole, I beg!

Anybody else bite on Hulver's snail mail offer?

Have you seen The Passion yet? Here's a spoiler for you: Jesus dies.
