In a (futile) effort to head of a bit of spam, I have "feedback" forms on the sites that I create. It's just an HTML form that sends mail to me instead of a mailto link. You know the thing. Here's one I got yesterday from my main company (database web programming) site:

Rats! As I suspected, the UPS driver came while at my client meeting. So instead of a bicycle, I have "Sorry we missed you."
