Not seen one of these around for a while. Maybe it is better that way.

Overheard  in Dublin - a local answer to Tube Gossip though lacking the pith. My bus routes star quite frequently though.

There has been a period of domesticity. Windows were washed, more junk from the garden disposed of, even half the lawn mowed. The power lead wasn't long enough to reach the rest though it does have the useful side effect of providing a before/after example to prove we've actually done something.

The cat got an abscess on her arse which lead to oozing and an overnight at the vet. Her rear now resembles that of a sandpapered baboon. And she also couldn't cope too well with the concept that her hind quarters were still under the influence of anesthesia so there was lots of lurching and really wide pupils. Everywhere she sits there are small damp, sticky patches. I'm glad we went for the easily wipable floors.

I'm sick of revision. Just short of a month to go and someone is complaining on the boards that she doesn't know or understand how to critically evaluate or discuss something. Bit late now, innit? Clocked up a 92% on my last assignment. There is definitely something out-of-kilter with that since everyone else is still complaining about low marks. Or is it just that the high scorers are all quiet.

That's bloody good.

J's pretty happy, as she's just got a 90+% score on her last assignment as well. The tutor was late getting it back to her and she was doing my head in.
