That's a long way to run.

The Picard thing is interesting. Somebody has spent too much time thinking about that. Maybe they are right though, maybe it's just a thing like "Kirk is a womaniser" something that everybody assumes is true, but actually isn't.

If you can run half the route, you can probably run the whole thing.

It'll be hard though.

The first marathon I did this past spring, I was thinking about quitting on the very last mile.

The mental space is one of the hardest bits.

If I were going to do it again, I'd plan to walk 1 minute out of every 5 from the get go.
