Definitely not in Legend of Galactic Heroes, if you're looking for books about space battles between interstellar empires.

Plato and the tyrant by lm (4.00 / 1) #2 Wed Aug 01, 2018 at 06:24:27 AM EST
Is there any historical record of the interaction between Plato and Dion other than the Seventh Letter and Plutarch?

Would have been nice to know what information comes from which source.

The seventh letter is pretty short by lm (4.00 / 1) #5 Wed Aug 01, 2018 at 10:12:19 PM EST
If you read it, it then becomes pretty obvious which facts come from Plutarch.

I liked this interview with Spinney on Pale Rider by Scrymarch (4.00 / 1) #6 Thu Aug 02, 2018 at 08:15:20 PM EST

I haven't read the book, and it does recap it in detail, so not sure how much extra depth it will give. I thought it was interesting it was called Spanish flu because Spain was not under strict news censorship, due to its lack of involvement in WWI.
