most of the Stupor Bowls. Heck, it may have been good enough to justify the actual existence of the StuporBowl.

Rockers rockin in the rain is usually a good show. I saw the Rolling Stones in 89 at RFK in the pouring rain. They really got into it. One of the Best Shows Evar.

Pro: He's got right stones for invoking the Nuremberg Defense.
Con: I think he invoked it because he didn't want to get sand in his pussy.
Pro: Soldiers should be encouraged to contemplate the legality of orders and subsequently act within the confines of the Law.
Con: He's a fucking commissioned officer (i.e. Duty, Honor, Country) and his missed movement means that some other yamhead is pulling double-duty for him.
Pro: The judge was right to declare a mistrial for a procedural error.
Con: Any finding of guilt would have been over-turned, due to the judge refusing to allow the Nuremberg Defense in court.
Pro: Hundreds of thousands of dollars were added to the local economy, due to the media focus on the trial.
Con: Traffic south of here has been fuckered, and Sean Penn entered my county without authorisation.

I saved kite from my to-sell pile.. Been cleaning out our bookcases recently, and have a substantial pile of books to give away/sell to the used book store.. Might be a diary give-away at a later date, though I fear the shipping would kill me.

Devil in White City was pretty good, but nothing special. I found the Marconi/Dr. Crippen story line in Thunderstruck much more compelling. Actually I think it's rather odd to mix these historic events with famous murders together in one book but the guy is a good writer nonetheless.

This is only a nomination for the Peace Prize in the same way that any male weight lifter can be said to be training for the Mr. Universe competition. They can train all they want, but unless they've been invited to participate by the competition itself, they aren't really in the running.

The Nobel committee only accepts nominations from nominators who have been invited to submit nominations. Law firms such as Landmark are not qualified to even be invited to submit nominations.
