One of the students nailed me with a huge round house to the neck.  Somewhere along the way I picked up a knot on my forehead, a swollen nose and I'm pretty sure my jaw was nearly dislocated. Towards the end of the hour I was literally staggering around ring, barely able to keep my arms up, let alone throw a punch or a kick.
