I hope you are all well! I don't know if many of you will remember me, it's about 5 years since I last wrote one of these. I've been popping by and reading every so often - have tried a couple of times to write something but then more stuff keeps happening and also I keep getting worse at writing... anyway, Hulver said I should write one of these so I kind of have to :) Here a few of the things I've been up to in the last few years...

Haven't written a diary here in almost two years. Figured maybe I'd fill you in on my life. The summary:

2008: I live in Calgary. I work in the oilpatch. I own a car, furniture, and lots of shiny things.

2010: I live in Berlin. I work for a music software company. I rent a small apartment and own almost nothing.

I am happier.

I’ve been blissfully busy these last few weeks of summer. And grateful for that too.  I’ve tried to keep up and read your diaries and to offer my congratulations and condolences and encouragement to you all.

A personal thank you from the client, communicated via our MD, as requested when he was at a do with some rather high-level people. That gave me a nice, warm glow for at least 5 seconds. Maybe 10, tops.

Inside: Test results! I want my house back! Upgrade trials and triumphs! Tonight!
