Print Story Shock diary entry
Diary

The problem with not writing a diary for a while is that you keep putting off writing a diary because there's just too much stuff to relate and it's a major effort.

Who am I kidding? Like there's really been that much happen since last April...

Print Story Odd places I have worked
Diary
By skippy (Mon Jan 15, 2007 at 03:02:56 PM EST) work, geophysics, sewers, mines, the vast frozen wasteland of the north (all tags)
While reading kwsNI's post, I just realized that I've never posted a diary entry here.  There's no better time to start boring a group of total strangers than near the start of a new year.

I should clarify that for some people, work of this nature may not be considered "odd", but it sure as hell surprised me when I ended up there.  "This wasn't exactly in the job description," I would have remarked - had there actually been a job description in the first place.

I have a habit of failing to write a normal diary. Today seems appropriate for one.

  • Peanuts
  • Work
  • Misc
I hope you find this entertaining.

I got my neck, I got my boobies
I got my heart, I got my soul
I got my back, I got my sex

I've got life, I'm gonna keep it

Apologies to Ms. Simone.

God I've meant to post one of these like 100 times.  School, job, Indians, water, stalking--it's all inside.  Let the fast-forward life-recap begin!

Print Story Is sex work a prima facie soul destroyer?
Diary
By My Dupe Account (Sun Sep 03, 2006 at 04:27:55 PM EST) sex, porn, self-actualization, work (all tags)
My sex avoidant upbringing always led me to have an uneasy truce with pornography. In a nutshell, I've always felt that sex work was, at best, a necessary evil.

Hello again, my imaginary friends. It's been a while since you got a proper diary out of me, and it's been quiet around here, so I am forced, forced I tell you, to write one.

Inside: Oh, I dunno. Operation SYLON, work, home, walking, and ouch, I expect. Also page widening evilness.
