finally got some time to play with my new (now not so new) phone, (a galaxy s8), as always when getting a new device I like to do a bit of coding for it... So revived an old little c++ opengl-es project, it's running pretty well, and though my attempts at collision detection have been "dodgy" at best it is coming together, so year year's resolution actually produce something playable (whether that will equate to uploading onto the playstore I doubt, but the goal is a playable game)
