Week 2


Monday
Oatie breakfast. Caffe Mocha (Nero's).
Mug-shot pasta, banana. 1 mug black coffee.
Tomato Aubergine red lentil curry & rice. Activia 0% yoghurt.
I glass OJ, omega 3 capsule.

Tuesday
2x nature valley bar, 250ml semi milk w/protein supplement.
Banana, black coffee.
Leafy salad & quorn roast-style sliced fillet in wholemeal wrap. Celery stick.
3x "Roses" chocolate. Black coffee.
Quorn tikka masala & rice. Grapes.
Orange juice.
1x nature valley bar.

Wednesday
Alpen Swiss muesli w/semi, black coffee.
 Nandos halloumi pita w/ chips & peas.
Black coffee, handful of grapes.
Activia 0% yoghurt.
Small glass OJ, protein bar.
Jacket Potato w/ low fat cottage cheese & broccoli.

Thursday
2x nature valley bar, 250ml semi milk w/protein supplement. Black coffee.
Leafy salad & quorn roast-style sliced fillet in wholemeal wrap. Celery stick. Banana. Black coffee.
Vegi sausage, boiled new potato & asparagus.
Omega 3 tablet, small glass OJ, grapes.

Friday
Alpen Swiss muesli w/grapes & semi, black coffee.
Caffe Mocha (Nero's).
Leafy salad & boiled egg in wholemeal wrap. Celery stick. Banana.
Black coffee.
Slimmingworld Quiche. Mellon.
6 gin & tonics. 1 yumyum. Small OJ.

Saturday
Vegi Sausage, 2x egg, baked beans, sautéed mushrooms. 2x black coffee.
Jacket potato w/ garlic butter & baked beans.
Banana, grapes & 0% yoghurt.
Cookie. 1pk Nutigrain biscuits.
Satsuma, 'highlights' hot chocolate.

Sunday
ProteinPlus bar. Glass OJ. Alpen Light bar.
Broccoli and mushroom omelette.
Take out: Bhindi Bhaji & boiled rice.
Cherries & Grapes. Small Pepsi max.
