9st 7lb, ~30 min work out 3x weekly, 20min cycle or 35min walking daily.


Food Diary

Monday
Wheatabix, banana & 0% yoghurt.
Black coffee.
Pasta mug shot, banana.
Protein bar, apricot. 5 bottles larger, salted roast peanuts.

Tuesday
Nutrigrain biscuits 1pk. Glass OJ. 250ml semi w/protein mix. 1 apricot. Banana. Black coffee.
Wholemeal wrap w/ spinach, rocket & low fat cottage cheese.
Spicy tomato & lentil soup. Grapes. 5 'bite size' chocolates. Honey Roast Peanuts.

Wednesday
Nutrigrain biscuits 1pk. Banana. Black coffee.
Nandos hallumi & mushroom pita w/ chips & peas.
Scrambled eggs.

Thursday
Neros cafe mocha & panettone.
Mug shot pasta, banana.
Jacket potato with curried baked beans & cheese sprinkles. Grapes.

Friday
2 Vegi sausage, baked beans, mushrooms, & 2 eggs.
3/4 pint choc milk.
2x Sticky chilli quorn fillet w/sauté onion & peppers.
Small slice carrot cake.
Aubergine & lentil curry w/ rice.
2x chocolates.

Saturday
Orange, cup of tea. Small glass choc milk.
Slice of bread & butter with marmite.
Baked beans & quorn hotdog on buttered toast. Orange.
Small portion of soup. Graze snack pot (dried fruit, nuts & seeds). Lentil curry left-overs, small beer.

Sunday
Scrambled egg (x3) on buttered toast. Black tea.
Roast potato, squash, parsnip, Quorn, gravy, boiled carrots.
Black tea. Toast w/ marmite x2.
2x 250ml Red Bull.
Mixed roast nuts.
2x Mince pie. 6 malteasers.
3 millionaire shortbread "bites".

Assuming ~5s per bite, that would take ~174 days to eat. Eating non-stop, no breaks.
