I'm on a bit of an OCD drive at the moment to get my entire CD collection finally uploaded into iTunes. It's an amusing pastime as I get to revisit some of the more obscure musical corners of my collection. (There's a lot of dodgy happy hardcore compilations in there amongst other things).

Anyway, one of the more mainstream albums I just scanned was Prince's 'Sign of the Times'. This contains a track entitled 'Starfish and Coffee' which I had always liked, but never really analysed in any great deal, so I turned to the Internet, and sure enough, someone else has done the work for me.

I always thought that track had some deep hidden meaning, but I could never figure it out.

Truly, it's Prince's "Paul's Boutique." by ammoniacal (4.00 / 1) #1 Sun Nov 11, 2012 at 11:48:11 PM EST
