today i give a big presentation at work and i'm nervous and excited.  every month our company does a Better Business Workshop where there is a topic for an hour, then someone presents their demonstration for the company.  it gets videotaped and posted for all distributors to see (if they aren't from the area).  it's a big deal to be asked since only 12 people (out of a company of close to 5,000) get asked to present each year.   i'm getting a pedi/mani and a massage at noon to prepare, then off to the office for the event tonight.

i haven't done my demonstration in over a month, and i'm just nervous.  i know it by heart; i'm truly not that worried.  it's more the being on camera thing.  plus, when i signed onto this, it was originally going to be done in a theater with the cameras around me.  but they changed it and its going to be in a small studio under REALLY hot lights.  i do better on stage (<~~theater geek) than in a small studio; so not feeling as "at home" in the smaller space.

but honestly, nothing can bring me down today (well, ok, one thing will in about 15 mins but once i get that all cleaned up, nothing will!).  i'm still floating from my date ~ did i mention i met an AMAZING MAN last night???  yeah, well, i did.  be jealous.  

ok, off to make my phone call then onto my fantastic day!!!!!
