Still, the two teams have never faced off against each other, Brasil is playing a much less offense-heavy squad than usual and DRPK specializes in a tremendously defensive style. The star of the DPRK team is arguably goalkeeper Myong-Guk. But it's hard to tell, given how rarely the North Koreans play outside of Asia, whether he is a good keeper at the world level, or just in the Asian circuit.
I will be tremendously surprised if DPRK scores a single goal. It seems obvious that their plan will be to aim for a 0-0 draw, but I have no idea to what degree that is a pipe dream. Do we expect a slow 2-0 Brasil victory, or an 8-0 blowout?
Poll over where the poll goes.
EDIT: I've been thinking about this a little more and realized that since Brasil obviously has no reason to strain themselves in order to run up the score when they have two tough group play matches ahead of them, perhaps the better test would be to predict how long it will take BRA to score their first goal.
