He went to 4 non-consecutive Olympics and wons medals in all of them. Rumor has it he's still alive, too. He never got any credit while he was competing and probably still doesn't get any support from anybody. The Russians ranked him as one of the 5 best athletes in the world at one time, though, or something like that, according to a Sports Illustrated article I read. Paul Anderson, of course, was stronger than Schemansky, but his career was much shorter because he turned pro.

I cut my hair down with a #3. It was getting pretty shaggy. Now I feel like my neck is wider than my head and my head isn't small, I wear a 7 5/8 hat. Wife digs. I don't know what I was worrying about earlier. Coworkers comment on how they like it. I think it doesn't look great, it just looks functional. Whatevs.

I'm slowly recovering from this cold. I don't sneeze or really have any annoying symptoms. I'm just annoyingly mildly stuffed up (I can still breathe through my nose), have minor voice issues (can't sing), and cough a little bit at night. And I'm at 75%. It's better than really being sick. I'll probably be like this for the rest of the week. Dandy.

It was truly beautiful outside yesterday. We ate Thai food. Noodle dishes. We usually eat Thai food for convenience because there's one right by every single train stop in this city and we typically just go for staples, but we really need to order stuff besides noodle dishes some time, explore the menu. The one right by our house allegedly does good sea food, for instance. Anyway.

I had a big paragraph here, but had to cut it out because I'd have to Hole it for talking about work.

Well. With that, then, I'm posting this and eating lunch.

Civilians aren't supposed to know their hat sizes these days. It's fucking unnatural.
