Boredom

Still no job :-(

Got feedback from role I went for interview for, seemed almost as though they sent the feedback from someone else.

Said I did good in the technical test (I thought wasn't up to my usual standard) but said I seemed to be more interested in what I could get out of the company than what I could do for them. This is teh strange as I had to specifically ask them for details about the role in the interview and I felt I answered their questions about what I could do for them with no difficulty.

Ah well, we now resume our scanning of Monster and Jobserve....

Especially if you specialise in the finance secor like me. Looks like I'm going to be a permie :(

I, OTOH, will not be renewing my season ticket. I just can't justify the cost.

It's not a total cert but I'm on the shortlist so unless they find someone outstanding, it looks highly likely especially as I wrote the software that they want this person to support and expand upon...

It's good that you've got the opportunity the way things are at the moment. At least you won't have to worry as much.

WTF are they stupid by nebbish (4.00 / 5) #4 Fri Feb 27, 2009 at 05:10:22 AM EST
Of course you're more interested in what you can get out of them, do they want unpaid volunteers or something?
