Print Story at first i was afraid

I was petrified. My legs are sore after yesterday's run. It feels like normal fatigue except for the lower part of my left calf - that feels a bit sore in a different way. I should've iced it last night but didn't get around to it. It shouldn't be a problem.

Somebody guilted me into doing a charity 5K run on the 4th. Should be fun. I'll shoot for 25 minutes. I'm still fairly out-of-shape.

I bought too much stuff on Amazon over the last week. But I really needed those CDs, books, and clothes. They're one-time expenses, it'll be fine. I'm generally on top of my finances, except for those millions of dollars lost out of my retirement fund in the last couple weeks and over the last year.

Crap: I accidentally took all my pens home with me and then left them at home. I don't think there are any in our supply cabinet because I used those to replace the last batch I accidentally brought home one at a time. Really, I'd rather have pens at work than pens at home, I don't mean to take them. I need to write stuff at work every day. However, I do think I want to take this pile of cover sheets to use as scratch paper with me.

Oh drat: I just stood up and my calves objected. I'll have to come up with some way to rig up an ice pack. There's an ice machine on 19, I just need some sort of waterproof bag. Doesn't need to be too big, it's just the lower calf.

Remember that survey I complained about for so long? IT'S BACK. They want a little more info. Shouldn't be too bad, though.

I will survive.

My morning work out is very 5bx-ish. This could dovetail nicely with it.
There is no more degenerate kind of state than that in which the richest are supposed to be the best.

Maybe there should be a HuSi PUFC. See who can get to 100 in 7 weeks (throw in a buffer week just to make sure everybody gets it in).

having attempted this twice, week three is like hell alternately burning and freezing then jabbing and poking and biting and so on. Had to repeat it twice then gave up entirely. rhooke got me onto it originally, but i may be willing to try again.
