I know Geek Squad blows. by CountSpatula (2.00 / 0) #4 Sun Jun 08, 2008 at 06:00:50 PM EST
My brother's laptop (HP) bit it, and he took it in to them.  They told him it was fucked, so he bought a new laptop.  That fucked laptop?  That's what I'm using to post.  All it needed was opened compartments and compressed air.  That's it.  Hell, I've got it running consistently at 55C or less.  I suspect, however, that Geek Squad hires either technical college 'graduates', or people who can successfully count to 11 without having to take their shoes off.
