Well, I'm going to try a new experiment.  I am going to harness the power of social networks to synergise my creative production paradigm by leveraging internet functions to create driven action culminating in results in a going forward fashion.

Or some kind of bullshit like that...

So, as some of you have heard, I supposedly paint miniatures.  Except for he fact that I'm not doing a lot of painting lately, what with me being lazy and the wedding and being out of town and all that rot.  Well, for those of you who care (and I am sure that is very few of you), Warhammer 40K 5th Edition is coming out in about a month and a half.  To that end, I have decided to paint more in preparation for the upcoming release.

Of course, you're probably thinking "Atreides, you already have more minis than God and besides, you're, by your own admission, too lazy to paint!"  Well, that is why I have decided on more disciplined methods.  Firstly, I have made a list of things to paint every week for the next few weeks.  Secondly, and this is where you all come in, I am, at the end of each week, going to photograph and post everything I have painted!  You see, I figure that if all of you are expecting me to paint and post, well, I can't let you all down!  Well, that's the theory, anyway.

My goal for the week of 5/19-25 is a 5 man Tactical squad and a set of tank traps I built a few weeks back, but have not started painting.  Anything else is gravy, but this is the minimum.  So, here I go.  Wish me luck!

Lists.

Then you have lists of lists, for the human mind is not suited to recursion, and the secondary lists multiply and feed on each other.

Then you write another list, to rule them all.

And then, those lists beget lists...

And I'm still jealous that I'm not close enough to you to be a part of your 40k crew...

...even I haven't playing all that much lately. :(

I've got a cigar box full of unpainted minis. Even unemployed, I don't have the time.
