Quite comfortably for two years. However, yesterday I got my arse in gear and went and got a training programme again. Today, despite a bath before bed, I am acutely aware of possessing some sadly neglected muscle groups (like nearly all of 'em). They recommend 3 days a week on strength stuff and a session of endurance somethingorother (this is flexible as regards type) once a week for a min. of one hour. With the exception of situps, which I have been instructed to do daily. Oh well. Got to spend energy to make some I suppose and I do feel fairly chirpy today for someone who got about four hours sleep and has a bundle of work related shit.
Had a very pleasant weekend. Partied with some students at an end of term thing (yay mojitos and fire-eating) and spent Sunday in a park, reading, strolling randomly and playing boules. It is nice to be able to do that without broken glass, fires, abusively drunk teenagers and elderly alkies or skanger kids trying to nick stuff. It is the little things that make a difference.
