So after the dust settles, we're right back to a Tory minority.

Calling that election was TOTALLY worth it.

Harper must be a little pissed (and I'm very pleased) that a Tory majority proved impossible even though the Libs have an uncharismatic leader and a controversial, complicated, easy-to-make-fun-of platform.

Dunno if the Greens will go anywhere next time now that the novelty has worn off, but they'll have lots of cash to try and keep themselves in the news.

The Bloc nicely blocked the Tory majority, I wonder how much cash the feds have pissed into Quebec with no seats to show for it?

Mr. Mustache did well, so I guess we'll have to put up with him for a good long time now.

And last but not least, it does not pay to piss off Danny Williams.

Or tell the Quebecers you've spent most of your time courting (with moderate success) that you're going to cut culture funding.  Really, the man likely pissed away a majority on the eve of the election.

I admit that I haven't followed the election closely, but the media (as usual) didn't do a great reporting job. I had no idea that issue was going to be decisive in Quebec.

You really have to analyze this as 4 different races instead of mindlessly listing national polling numbers. The Bloc has whatever % of the national vote, what a relevant fact, and so easy to draw conclusions from.
