Girl, job, stuff.

Now with 50% more sperm taps

I've become very disappointed with Hillary's politics.  I'd pull the lever for Obama if the primary was today.

Damn Canadians.

A sperm tap?  Screw that.  I want a male pill, damnit.  If medical research was male-biased, guys would have a million ways to render themselves temporarily infertile.  Instead, it's the wimins with all the birth control pills, patches, implants and devices.

Are you listening medical science dudes?  Two words: child support.

I've made it through interview two at a local company.  I'm still waiting to hear if I made it to interview three but things look positive.  The company is young but their business model seems solid.  If the market develops as they anticipate they will be well positioned as the only provider of very useful software and services.  Or they'll crash and burn.  Who knows.

Date five with EG was Tuesday night.  We went to a nice Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere.  Things are slowly getting more intimate.  It's been a while since either of us have been in a relationship so we're both a little rusty at the dating thing and acting like goofy teenagers at times.

The issue of our age difference came up.  She's sixteen years my senior.  It's more of an issue for her than it is for me.  It's not a deal breaker, I just think she's getting used to the idea of being with a younger guy.

My friend MH went to his camp on Lake Ontario this past weekend and found five feet of snow.  Fuck that noise.  I'm throughly enjoying 50's and 60's right now.

I could imagine a great deal of amusement that could be had with a scanning remote control if the use of a "sperm tap" became widespread.

That's a huge age difference. by muchagecko (2.00 / 0) #3 Wed Jan 30, 2008 at 10:48:28 AM EST
I'm not sure I'd ever find a way to be comfortable with that. But if it works for you, then that's cool, I guess.

Why is it by houser2112 (2.00 / 0) #5 Thu Jan 31, 2008 at 09:01:20 AM EST
that your situation is not generally considered creepy, but the gender-reversed situation is?  Darwinically speaking, the reverse is more advantageous since women become infertile earlier than men. (if at all?)

Actually, by vorheesleatherface (4.00 / 1) #6 Thu Jan 31, 2008 at 09:40:15 AM EST
it is my opinion and that of The Little Woman that in general it is the older men with younger women that are more accepted. And yeah it does make more sense from a biological point of view for men to seek out young women.

I was under the impression that the majority of asshats get creeped out by my situation as opposed to the reverse. Some people can't wrap their little brains around the simple notion of a man having a meaningful relationship with anyone who isn't the same age as him. Pure bullshit.
