• I saw, heard, touched, smelled and tasted Real Hussites! Lots of them! Most of them at LHusi drinks but some of them came here to visit! First it was misslake, then 256 and E, and then lindze and ms.lindze. lindze got here while I was in the throes of trashing my old place, so I couldn't put him up. I feel truly terrible about it. lindze, do come back some time, I have a proper place now!
• I took up weekly guitar lessons. Proper ones. I though I was going to learn some basic stuff, but got Flamenco foisted on me. I'm not complaining.
• Drove 800 km (USians: fifteen billion miles) in a Smart car to visit 256 & E in the Netherlands. Then drove back again.
• Found a new flat in Zürich that doesn't suck and is even in the annoyingly affluent area (though I wasn't seeking out that specifically). For those who aren't in the know, this is a real achievement that one can be proud of if you look a bit foreign and have a name to match.
• Moved to said flat.

Now here are my resolutions, or let's say projects, for 2008.

• Be slightly less of a cock to people.
• Lose some goddamn weight.
• Procure a safety bicycle and go places with it.
• Continue with guitar lessons and get to can-impress-girls level by year's end.
• Learn the first movement of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18, by the end of the year. (This could get a bit tricky.)
• Get laid. (This could get even trickier.)
