We're down to only three undefeated teams left...

MillMen and the Maulers both had monster weeks, with the Maulers setting a record for 158 points scored. And, as the winds of fate would have it, the MillMen and the Maulers go head to head this week in a battle for first place. I predict a victory for the Maulers as the MillMen's luck runs out. In other news both the Chiefs and Buckeyes both got their first wins while we still have three looooooooooooooooser teams who have yet to taste victory...

In other news I got pulled over for speeding this morning but I explained to the officer that it wasn't my fault that they made my car with a motor that lets it go 110 MPH and he should give the ticket to Honda cause obviously it's all there fault. He agreed with me and he let me go. I mean, those car companies should be punished for allowing drivers to go over the speed limit, not the drivers.

That Browns/Bengals game by jayhawk88 (4.00 / 1) #1 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 10:07:21 AM EST
Probably wrecked more FF matchups than any other one  game I can remember. I'm in another league where QB's get a point for every 10 yards, Palmer scored like 78 in that league.

Yep by Bob Abooey (2.00 / 0) #5 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 11:08:17 AM EST
It screwed me in my other league as the guy started Jamal Lewis who scored about 30 points for him. I ended up losing by 6 points so if Jamal has a normal game I win.

Then again, I have Ocho Cinco on my team and have no problem with the points he brought in. I'd kill to have Carson Palmer too, I think he's going to have a double plus monster year.

Warmest regards,

if only to make up a cool name.

On the other hand I'd probably get injured in week 1.

embarassing by alprazolam (2.00 / 0) #3 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 10:34:09 AM EST
really, it's pretty embarassing to be winless at this point. and i'm undefeated in my other league where i didn't even set my draft rankings because they changed it to autopick at the last minute. oh well i'll win soon enough, hard to beat the other guy when his qb gets him 50 points..

Aye by Bob Abooey (2.00 / 0) #8 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 11:26:35 AM EST
It's been a freaky year. LT gets stopped for 40 yards and no TD's last week??? That's a first.

For my money things don't get real interesting until the byes weeks come around.

Warmest regards,

although in my other league I'm #3 in points with only a few points between us and LT not showing up.

I'm at least as good as the bears. I like to think I'm a better quarterback then rex grossman at least!

ESPN's Mike and Mike were speculating that one Donavan McNabb will be the QB for Chitown next year. That would be interesting.

That would be really funny by mmangino (2.00 / 0) #15 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 04:52:15 PM EST
since I'm moving to Philly in June. Maybe Rex could go to Philly and then he could keep contributing to my misery.

Andre Johnson is probably out next week by MillMan (2.00 / 0) #11 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 01:33:19 PM EST
Which means even without looking at the matchups I'll have to give you the edge.

When I'm imprisoned as an enemy combatant, will you blog about it?

That's pretty unfortunate by Bob Abooey (2.00 / 0) #12 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 01:48:55 PM EST
Tell you what, in the spirit of fair play I'll sit Ocho Cinco this week to even the playing field.

No need to thank me, that's just the kind of guy I am.

the three undefeated teams by cam (2.00 / 0) #13 Tue Sep 18, 2007 at 02:56:15 PM EST
should have a point deducted as they have too many Belicheck coached players and they cheat.

I'm still waiting to see the tapes before I rule on that. I've emailed the Patriots and requested them but have yet to hear back from them.
