About the Rockstar stuff: It is always, as an outsider, hard to know how to take such info. It could be spot on, or it easily could be some dork that thinks that every company that doesn't follow the direction he thinks it should and doesn't fully entertain him is crap.

The catch in this case being that it seems clear that Rockstar has serious leadership issues.

R* seem to be having problems getting Sony (or anyone) to release Manhunter 2. Teh solution is obvious, based on this. Release GTA IV on the platform that also gives a green light to Manhunter 2.

Unless I missed a memo, they have no MH2 for Xbox360, and no GTA for Wii. GTA delays are easily explained by all the stuff the ex-employee I linked to was talking about.
Oh, and I hear via the grapevine that R* are shifting in any programmer with a UK work permit to do "mega crunch" on GTA at the R*N office.
