1. Sign in to Winqual (https://winqual.microsoft.com)
2. Click Member Service in the top right navigation
3. Click Users in the left navigation
4. Find the Full Name in the list of users
5. Click on the Full Name
6. Click on the Password tab
7. Enter a password, following the password requirements found at the bottom of the page, in the New Password text box
8. Retype the password in the Confirm New Password text box
9. You may add text to that email using the Optional - provide your user with additional information here: text box
10. Click Update. An email notification will be sent to this user
