Cat has forgiven us for the microchipping and no longer flinches if her neck is touched. Fortunately the Swiss do not require a followup blood test for the rabies vaccine, so she doesn't have to get into a box again until moving time. Interestingly, SWISS seem to permit pets in the cabin. One of the conditions is "It cannot annoy passengers". What are they going to do? Chuck the pet out mid flight? What about annoying fellow passengers? Do they have to go into the hold too? That would be entertaining.
