It's Friday at last. It's been nice most of the week, actually; nice enough to go out to lunch more than once. Somehow I'm tired enough to sleep a good long while, and I'm not sure why. I'm subsisting
This sunday night at 5 we're doing evensong, featuring a magnificat and Nunc Dimittis setting by Healy Willan, and a motet Ne Irascaris by William Byrd, which I covered a part of, here for MFC 7. It'll be fun.
I posted a few comments on the MFC X entries as they occurred to me, whilst trying to decide which of the excellent entries to vote for. I cut the whole shebang to a CD and drove around with it in my car's CD player for a week before deciding. Really strong entries this time, and I'm pleased to see the women of husi beginning to contribute (well, misslake sang on a SMUT winner once).
