Reply to any comment that could be misconstrued as racist if misread a certain way with an accusation of racism. Best is to avoid actually discussing the the issue but instead just fling the accusation, for example, replying with just "racist (nt)". Continue this until such time as the entire community finds the whole thing so annoying that it reflexively discounts and/or ignores any and all attempts to discuss actual racism.

The best part about this method is that while it can utterly and completely shut down any real and honest discussion of racism, it does so in a way where you can pretend to be the ultimate anti-racist in the community.
