A drawing of, uhh, what are these things anyways?

In haste, the drawing is technically erroneous. There should be two pipes or casing attached to each of those metal box things. Transformers? I didn't think to look at them very closely.

This guy's comics are hawt. NSFW I guess. (via Drawn)

agreed by sasquatchan (4.00 / 1) #2 Thu Jul 06, 2006 at 12:01:49 PM EST

Looks strange by komet (4.00 / 1) #4 Thu Jul 06, 2006 at 12:26:22 PM EST
they are either gas or water meters or electrical junction boxes. Or they are the extremeties of robots who are insidiously taking over the building substance which will soon suddenly leap free from its foundations and stomp off eating children and small dogs.

But it seems to be able to grow right through concrete!

PS hope you're feeling better today.

Awesome picture by TPD (4.00 / 1) #10 Thu Jul 06, 2006 at 07:43:01 PM EST
in many ways one of my favourite of your recent prolific output. But (I think mainly  because of it's relative starkness) I keep finding my eye drawn away from the center to the  jutty out bit of wall on the right hand side and I find thwe complete lack of shading really bothers me for some strange reason!

Your rendering skills to continue to impress me to the degree that I'm sure you could walk into an inking job on a major comic with ease!

Talking about comics 1 the comics in that link are so well drawn it's scary. 2 if the tradition of the xFCs carries on to CFCs I think if you want to it's up to you to post a new CFC challenge?

Rock Hard Abs are just a sw-sw-swivel away!

Hmm I could post a CFC... by spacejack (4.00 / 1) #11 Thu Jul 06, 2006 at 10:13:46 PM EST
Thanks for the comments. Agreed on the bricks... though my regret was that I didn't just carry them across to the edge of the page rather than adding a dark edge.

Thanks for the Valley link. by calla (4.00 / 1) #13 Sat Jul 08, 2006 at 08:25:12 PM EST
I liked his style, although most of the stories were weak - kinda like mine.
